bitWIT by Bitlab Technology Solutions Ltd. is our Humble Effort to Stand Beside All Women in their Journey to Achieve and Excel in ANY branch of Technology through Effective Training, Hands-on Experience, Career Counselling, Job Placement, Incubation of Startups and Business Development.
bitWIT is a 6 Phase Structure
PHASE 1 : BASIC TRAINING
Here we focus on Must-Have Day to Day IT Skills, so that the Participant Has a Clear Idea of the Technology Domain, which in turn Helps Her to Identify her Skills and Interests.
PHASE 2 : IDENTIFY SKILLS
During this Phase we Actively Identify the Skills and Interests of the Participants in order to Design a Plan of Action on a Personal Level.
PHASE 3 : TECHNICAL TRAINING
Based on the Last two Phases, We Make a Custom Plan of Action for Each Participant and Provide Tailored Technical Training to Ensure that the Participant Acquires the Selected/Suggested Skill in the Shortest time Period.
PHASE 4 : WINNER'S HALL
The Winners of the Technical Training Phase are Selected for Hands-on Experience Scopes like Paid/Non-Paid/Sponsored Internships and Amazing Opportunities.
PHASE 5 : INCUBATION
During this Phase Our Brilliant Winners are Trained to Develop Essential Business Skills and Ideas to Inspire them to Start their Own Startups or Get Involved in the World Market with a Professional Business Mindset.
PHASE 6 : TECH JOBS
Finally Our bitWIT Graduates are Given Career Counsellings and Trained for Job Placement Opportunities both in Local and International Domains.
